Shipment Policy:

All items ship from Canada 

Canada - Orders ships Canada post or UPS.

United States - All orders ship UPS standard, duties paid. 

Chile - Chilean orders will be shipped on a monthly basis.  

World Wide - All orders ship UPS Standard. Local import fees and duties to be paid by consumer, Tigercat is no responsible for any duties or additional fees. 

All orders to ship in 4-8 business days from receipt of order. On backordered items, customer will be notified of delay.  

 Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at outfitters@tigercat.com within 30 days of your purchase. Customer is responsible to cover return shipping label fees.
